Privacy Policy

This page describes the kinds of information that may be collected if you use DigitalMorrow. It is a policy structure, not a claim that every practice listed here is already live.

Placeholders: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [CONTACT EMAIL], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], [LAST UPDATED DATE].

Who this applies to

This policy is intended for visitors to DigitalMorrow in the United States. It will be updated when a legal entity, contact address, and production data practices are finalized.

Information DigitalMorrow may collect directly

If you send a message through the contact form, we may receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. Server logs may include technical details such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and timestamps. These logs are used for security, debugging, and understanding whether the site is working.

If a newsletter or account system is added later, that service will collect only the information needed to operate it. Those details are not collected today.

Cookies, analytics, and traffic measurement

The site may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, such as keeping an editor signed in to the admin area. A Google Analytics 4 measurement ID can be configured through site settings or environment variables. Analytics, when enabled, should not block the page from rendering.

Internal analytics events may later record page views, article views, device category, country, referrer, and campaign parameters. Where practical, identifiers should be hashed rather than stored in raw form. DigitalMorrow does not need to keep more personal information than the work requires.

Information third parties may collect

Future advertising, affiliate, video, or analytics providers may collect information on their own systems. That can include IP address, cookie identifiers, browser details, and the page you were viewing. Those companies have their own policies. This page does not name providers that have not been connected, and it does not claim that DigitalMorrow controls their independent collection.

Advertising, affiliates, and sponsored placements

If advertising or affiliate tracking is added, those technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure impressions, clicks, or completed actions. Editorial content remains separate from those systems. See the advertising disclosure for how commercial relationships should be presented.

How information may be used

Information may be used to operate the website, respond to inquiries, measure traffic, protect against abuse, and improve the publication. It should not be sold as a standalone product.

What this policy does not claim

This document does not claim GDPR, CCPA, or other compliance certifications that have not been independently implemented and reviewed. When those programs are in place, this page should be rewritten to match the actual practice.
